Lead Teacher, Sandra Tingle stated that she will ensure to advise Licensee Representative Sally Guitierrez to conduct a training regarding Teacher/Aide qualifications and duties and provide the Department with a summary of the training and staff sign in sheets, no later than 2/21/2025. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that aides employed at the facility were left alone with daycare children and not under the direct supervision of teacher which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
