102418 Immunizations: The licensee shall document each child's immunizations as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and shall maintain such documentation for as long as the child is enrolled.
Licensee stated he will be requesting immunization records from the parents and are to be submitted to Licensee on the next day of attendance. Licensee stated he will provide copies of the immunization records to LPA PIcazo no later than 11/01/24. Based on LPA's attempted childrens file review, the licensee was not able to provide childrens immunizations records for 2 out of 2 children observed in attendance during the inspection.
