Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Clorox cleaner, bleach, all purpose cleaner were observed in the infant room inside of the bathroom underneath the sink in an unlock cabinet, two rolls of trash bags in a drawer, two containers of Clorox disinfecting wipes in a corner next to the toilet, a Swiffer mop with liquid cleaner behind the bathroom door which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
