During the inspection the Licensee provided the LPA with a completed LIC 624B. The licensee stated she will review the Reporting Requirements video on the CCLD website and submit a plan on how she will comply with the regulation. Based on record review, and information provided by the licensee, it was determined the licensee failed to report verbally within 24 hours and failed to submit the written LIC 624B to the department after the arrest on 08/11/2024 which posed a potential health, safety or personal risk to persons in care.
