by the evidence The licensee stated the backyard was not going to be used until the broken equipment is removed and cleaned up. The licensee will remove all broken equipment and replace with safe toys for the children in care. The licensee will provide the LPA will a picture no later than 08/07/2024. Based on the LPAs observation, the plastic door on the play kitchen was broken with sharp edges exposed. The Little Tikes car had a broken streering wheel, and cracked sharp edges exposed.
