The Director will submit a written statement acknowledging her understanding that the facility must adhere to ratio regulations at all times, both indoors and outdoors. This statement will be submitted via email to LPA [email protected]. Based on observation and interviews, Facility has had multiple incidents when they were out of ratio which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
