The licensee stated she will ensure all children are provided with safe and appropriate sleeping arrangements, such as a cot, mat, or crib. The licensee will review personal rights in Title 22. The licensee will ensure staff are informed and trained on appropriate napping procedures and personal rights requirements. Based on LPA Hood's observation during a complaint inspection conducted on 04/14/2026, LPA Hood observed a three-year-old napping on a couch in the facility living room.
