Director talked to Staff and reminded them of resources available to them, also reminded staff if they need additinal help they can use there walky-talkies and call for help. Director reminded staff to match the children with their profile in the app ProCare that has name to face. Daily meetings are held every morning. Director also reminded staff to always sweep the area after each transition from each area to do a recount. Based on observation,interview, and record review the center did not comply with the section cited above S1 missed counted which resaulted in C1 being left in the play yard which poses/posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
