Director will create a plan to train staff on transitioning children so that children are not left without supervision. Director will be submit plan to LPA via email on 7/25/25. A non compliance conference with the Regional Office will be scheduled at a later date as well. Based on record review CCC did not comply with the deficiency cited above which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and or personal rights of children in care.
