Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During file reviews, LPA's observed there were no documentation for 15 minute checks on infants during nap times. Staff stated they were not documenting infant sleep every 15 minutes which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 11/15/2023
