Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the outdoor activity space at 9:41 a.m., LPA's observed broken wood and chipped paint on the infant gate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
