Director stated that they will conduct a staff meeting regarding the allegation and submit training topics to LPA via email by due date. Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, a staff member withheld snack from a daycare child, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
