101161 (a) Limitations on Capacity A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation.
Director will review and provide a statement of understanding Limitations on Capacity CCR section 101161 and will not bring any children to any part of the building that is not licensed to the LPA via email by due date. Based on interviews, observations, record review, LPAs Carreiro and Thompson observed 5 additional preschool children in the lower Elementary Classroom which is not part of the preschool license with 1 preschool staff member #1 (S1).
