101223(a)(1) Persoanl Rights (a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.
Director will go over personal rights in a staff meeting and have employees sign the document. Director stated they will email a copy to LPA. Based on staff interviews, S1 stated there were times, the children were greeted by S1 with a hug or kiss in a welcoming manner. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety and personal rights of children in care.
