Based on interviews and records review, The director will review the e-learning videos on the cdss website at https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/ and review the following trainings: the licensee did not meet the requirement to report an unusual incident involving a child who needed emergency medical treatment and was hospitalized for 2 days or more. S1, S4, and S6 disclosed that the incident had happened. S6 stated the incident was not reported to licensing. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
