The Director conducted an internal investigation regarding the incident on 7/7/2023 and a Staff Meeting on 7/21/2023 focusing on CRC retraining and play yard. Based on the Staff Interview, a child was left unattended after the class transitioned from the outdoor play area to their classroom on 7/7/23 at around 4:15 to 4:35 pm which was an immediate risk to the health and safety and personal rights of children in care.
