Director submitted documentation to transfer S1's criminal record clearance to the facility. Director submitted a written statement acknowledging the requirement to have staff obtain a clearance or criminal record exemption as required by the Department. Based on record review and interview, one Staff (S1) worked at the facility begining in March 2025 but did not get a criminal record clearance until August 2025. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. This deficiency is cleared.
