Ratio 102416.5(e) If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c).
Licensee will ensure that she is in complaince with Title 22 regulations regarding ratios in a Family Child Care home. Licensee is to watch the How Many Children Can Attend a Family Child Care Home video on the departments website, and submit a written declaration of understanding no later than 02/12/2026. 07/31/25 the licensee was observed by the IB investigator caring for ten children without any assistance present and admitted at that time of operating out of ratio on 07/15/2025.
