101171 (a) Fire Clearance (a) All child care centers shall secure and maintain a fire clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal.
Per Lead Teacher, the facility will remain within their fire clearance limit and facility licnese capacity. Will provide a traning plan by the plan or correction due date 08/25/2025. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 42 children in care that exceeded the facility fire clearance which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
