On 4/27/26 , the Director submitted the POC to LPA. 101239.1(b)(3) During today's inspection , LPA observed one side of the sleeping mats to be marked. 101238(g) During today's inspection , LPA did not observe any cleaning supplies in the children's restroom or accessible to children in care. 101227(a)(15) During today's inspection , LPA observed the refrigerators to have the required temperatures. 1596.841 During today's inspection , LPA observed a complete roster. The deficiencies noted above have all been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.Exit interview was conducted with the Director and Appeals Rights provided.
