101227 Food Services (a) In child care centers providing meals to children, the following shall apply (1) All food shall be safe and of the quality and in the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the children... All food shall be selected, stored, prepared and served in a safe and healthful manner.

Director was informed that all food must be fresh and any food items expired must be discarded immediately. Director discarded all expired foods from refrigerator during visit. Director agrees to submit a written plan for maintaining proper food storage to LPA via email by POC due date 8/14/2025 During today's inspection LPAs observed 3 expired food products in designated Preschool refrigerator, which poses/posed an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Director agrees to remove Hazadorous items from the Outdoor play yard and send pictures to LPA via email by POC due date 8/14/2025 During today's inspection LPAs observed 3 loose water hoses, and two broken toy cars in the outdoor play yard while children were present, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation.
