Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in infant safe sleep. Upon arrival, - Licensee was by herself and had 6 children in care. 2 children sleeping on the bedroom#1, one infant #1 at the sleeping at the bedroom#2 and 3 children preschooler age were sleeping at the family room by the kitchen area.
