During todays visit, Adult 3 went to obtain live scan clearance and licensee provided LPA with receipt proof. LPA advised licensee to follow up and ensure adult 3 has been eligible cleared by following up with the licensing department. Based on observations and interviews, there was 1 adult that was not fingerprint cleared present in the home. This poses an immediate risk to children in care.
