Licensee was able to submit LPA Morales signed copies of the Criminal Record Clearence Transfer Request. Based on observation,interview, record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in which staff did not obtatin a transfer request this poses a potential health, saftey, or personal rights risk to the children in care.
