102416.5 Staffing Ratio and Capacity (a)The capacity specified on the license shall be the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time.
Correction has been made. Licensee states that the number of children enrolled and that their care schedules have been adjusted to return the facility to complaince.Licnesee will provide an attendence sheet for children in care to show that she undestands that she can not take care of more then 14 children at one time. Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited as it is verified they provided care for up 15-16 children at one time, Licensee is currently cleared to care for up to 14, posing a potential threat to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
