interviews and video footage S1 acknowledged the behavior and has since completed retraining on Personal Rights regulations. The facility confirmed the retraining and provided a copy of the training agenda. Additionally, a staff meeting will be held to review Personal Rights policies. An outline of the training, along with a staff attendance sheet, will be submitted to Licensing no later than September 26, 2025. Based on interviews and a review of video footage, S1 admitted to grabbing C1’s chin and speaking to them in a harsh tone. S1 grabbed C1 on their lap and did not allow the C1 to get up when they attempted to do so. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
