Licensee states they will provide personal rights training to staff to include communication with children. A description of training provided along with a sign in sheet will be sent to LPA via fax or email by POC date. On or about October 2022, facility staff (S1) was seen yelling at children in care. This poses a personal rights risk to persons in care.
Licensee states they will provide personal rights training which will include handling children and their rights in reference to toileting. A list of the training and sign in sheet will be sent to LPA via fax or email by POC date. On or about October 2022, facility staff (S1) was seen pulling children roughly by their wrist and arm. Another child was seen being restrained. Additionally, interviews revealed that S1 leaves children in soiled clothing. This poses a potential personal rights risk to children in care.
