Written Statement, our goal is to have all the stafff understand and respect the children's personal rights, and staff's personal rights. Handling the situations in a professional manner. Written Statement provided on January 31, 2023. Based on LPA’s interview, 3 staff disclosed S1 yelled at S7 in the present of the children. This action poses an immediate risk to the health and safety to the child in care.
