Facility agrees to update bathroom policy by means of an immediate training with new bathroom procedures to ensure the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care. Faciltiy to submit proof of meeting/training to CCLD by the POC due date. Based on records reviewed and interview there was a lack of supervision by a teacher, at the facility where an incident of inappropriate touching occurred due to lack of supervision. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
