Per director, effective 03/16/26, while an infant is napping in the nap room a staff stays in the nap room for 100% visual supervision in the nap room. Per director, already a work order is placed to change the nap room to half wall with sound resistance glass walls Based on LPA's observation on 03/16/26, an infant was napping in nap room with door closed and no staff in the nap room. Per staff they keep the nap room door closed and check on napping infant every 15 minuties. Napping infants were not under direct supervison while napping in the nap room.
