Deficient Practice Statement Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The Licensee has not been documenting 15 minute sleep checks for children 24 months and under as required by the Department. POC Due Date: 06/09/2026
For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at one time, including children under the age of 10 who reside at the Licensee's home, shall be one of the following: (2) Twelve children, no more than four of whom may be infants; or Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
