Each family child care home shall conduct fire drills and disaster drills at least once every six months. The licensee shall document the drills, including the date and time of each drill. This documentation shall be kept at the family child care home. Licensee will submit written plan of correction to ensure that Fire and Disaster Drill will be performed and documented at least every six months. Correction should be submitted on or before 9/2/2021 [email protected] Based on LPA review of record and interview with Licensee, the licensee has not conducted a fire drill in the last 6 months. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of children in care.
