Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring Teacher Aids are not left alone with children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed S1 alone with 2 infants and S2 alone with 2 infants. The director is aware that aids must be under the direct supervision of a fully qualified teacher. POC Due Date: 12/06/2023
