The facility has replaced the fixtures and has been preparing them for a retest by flushing the fixtures four times a day, for 30 seconds each. The facility has scheduled a retest for 11/17/2023. Based on record review of the water sampling database, the facility did not comply with the above by having an ALE in two fixtures.
