  Director was reminded children under license limitations cannot be enrolled in program. Director will submit written proof that C1 has been unenrolled from the facility by the end of the day. Based on observation and record review, C1 was enrolled before 24 months and is present during today’s inspection. Limitations on license specifies the youngest age for program is 24 months. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director may submit an exception request for C1 to be enrolled at the facility but C1 cannot return until exception letter has been approved by CCLD. Director will develop a written plan on how to prevent enrolling children underage in future.
