Acting Director stated they will review and submit a statement of understanding of the Reporting Requirements regulation and will ensure to report all applicable incident to Department as required, to LPA by due date. Based on interview and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. Director stated she will conduct a staff meeting regarding personal rights and naptime procedures.
