Interviews from multiple sources reveal that Licensees have hit and yelled at children in care which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care. Licensees are also to review online training video related to Children’s Personal Rights and provide the Department a statement indicating they have watched the training video and will ensure compliance.
