Based on LPA observation, the home was not kept clean or orderly Licensee is to clean and organize all areas accessible to the day care. Remove excess clutter, boxes, and any items not used by the day care. Licensee is to also have bedroom furniture removed from the entryway. LPA observed entryway, day care room, dining room and kitchen with excess clutter, boxes and loose papers, floors dirty with debris, and table tops dirty with sticky food debris. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
