101416.5(b) Staff-Infant Ratio (b) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance.
Based on interview, staff witnessed infant room be out of ratio. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Office Admin Bremer stated they will send an action plan to ensure proper ratio is being followed at all times. Plan will be provided to LPA by due date of 5/1/26. Staff stated they were out of ratio at drop off the week of February 2-6, with 6 infants to 1 staff. LPA observed staff juggling around to cover ratios. Record Review showed facility was out of ratio between Feb 2-6, 2026. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of children in care
