Director stated that they will not co-mingle children from the school age component with children from the other facility components, and if school age children arrive early, they will remain with their authorized representative separately. Director stated that they will submit a written statement regarding their plan by due date. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, Child 1 (C1) was co-mingling with preschool children in the Early Preschool room, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
