Subparts 1 and 2(A) An EIDT must comply with all requirements of the applicable Minimum Licensing Standards for Child Care Centers. (B) A violation of the applicable Minimum Licensing Standards for Child Care Centers constitutes a violation of these standards.
There shall be a safe diaper changing table that meets the following requirements:Impervious (non-absorbent) smooth surfaces that do not trap soil and are easily disinfected;
Equipment shall not have protrusion hazards. (A protrusion is a projection which, when tested, is found to be a hazard having the potential to cause bodily injury to a user who impacts it.)
Electrical outlets shall be guarded.
