During the visit, the storage room door in the cafeteria was propped open with a sign saying "Adults Only", and there was a bottle of Lysol cleaner spray on a low shelf, just inside the storage room. A door at the back of the storage room was propped open, leading into a garage room where a large riding mower and a push mower were stored, and where a chemical spray canister was sitting out at child level. During the visit, two different children went into the storage room unsupervised, without staff knowledge.
