The wall between the kitchen and the living room is in need of repair. The base of the wall is crumbling, exposing broken pieces of drywall. The provider told the licensing representative that children pull pieces of the drywall off of the wall, and paper used to cover the area has been ripped open, exposing the damaged area. The outdoor play space was not in good condition at the time of the licensing visit. The grass was overgrown and pieces of the wooden fencing were coming loose, exposing screws and broken pieces of wood.
