Programming is not suitable for the developmental level of each child. Over the course of the 90+ minute visit children were only provided with approximately 10 minutes of programming. The remaining program time is spent with children seated at a table with no activities and then repeatedly going up and down three floors in the building either by stairs or elevator to gather children's belongings, waiting in the hallway while children are sent to other floors to gather other's belongings, and walking throughout the building to release children to parents who are outside the school.

A group of children were required to sit at a table following snack during which time they were not permitted to leave the table and were instructed to speak about any upcoming weekend plans. While in the gym children are observed seated on the floor with no activities when the only available activity is a group game or small bean bags.
