The bathroom tub had a container of bleach that was missing the cap and was sitting inside the tub, it was accessible to children. There was an extension cord from the entrance door going up to the upper unit of the childcare into the operator's bedroom that was a tripping hazard. Other extension cords were in the living room and in the infant area that was a tripping hazard and accessible to children.
