The area in the basement that was used for tornado shelter/drill had a puddle of water leaking from the water heater in the basement, it was observed that there was white residue from the water leak on the basement floor. The clothes that were in a pile on the floor were soaking up the water. It was observed that the bottom tips of the wood panels were soaked from the water leak.
