Conflicting information was provided by the licensee and teachers when identifying which classroom they had worked in the morning of the visit. Staff B reported working in the infant room only but the licensee stated Staff B worked in the 2-3 yr. old room prior to the infant room. Conflicting information was also provided about breakfast. The licensee reported pancakes and fruit cocktail had been served to all children in the center. Staff B stated cereal and maybe a banana had been served.
