In the upstairs bathroom there is a diaper changing table with baskets underneath that hold diapers. In one of the baskets, thee was a container of baby wipes labeled "keep out of reach of children". In the basement school age classroom bathroom, used by children who are in the outdoor play space, there is a bottle of disinfectant spray in an unlocked cabinet underneath the sink. In the same bathroom, there were two air fresheners on the floor accessible to children using the bathroom.
