Based on observation of two diaper changes in the toddler classroom a staff member failed to clean the diaper table with soap and water and properly disinfectant the diaper table after each child's diaper change. The disinfectant label states to allow the surface to remain wet for 3 minutes then wipe. The staff member never used soap and water and just sprayed the disinfecting solution on the diaper table then directly wiped the solution off and changed the next child. The surface was not allowed to remain wet for 3 minutes in between diaper changes.
