Rule requires that if access to a swimming pool is through a door, the door shall be closed, visibly locked, and equipped with an alarm at the door that signals when someone has entered the pool area. Contrary to rule, the doors to the swimming pool are not locked or equipped with a door alarm. This presents a potential hazard to children in care.
